Camp SChedule

Sunday

2:00 PM through 5:00 PM: Camper Arrival
- Register in the kitchen upon arrival. Please be prepared with all necessary paperwork. Parents must bring photo identification. During the registration process, we will review your registration information. For the safety of the students, campers will only be released to individuals who are listed on our registration database, please be sure this information is correct.
- Upon arrival, you will be assigned a time to audition on your instrument.
5:00 PM Cookout
- Parents are invited to the cookout for a donation. Day campers are urged to attend this cookout as well.

Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM: wake up, breakfast, chores
9:00 AM - 11:30 AM: individual and group lessons. Lessons are based on the musical skill/ability
Noon: Lunch
12:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Activities: music workshops, arts & crafts, hikes, water activities, etc.
5:00 PM: Dinner
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Ensemble rehearsal
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Evening activities

*Note: Day Campers arrive at 9:00 AM and depart anytime between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM.
